IGF-1 LR3 (Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 Long Arg3) is a synthetic peptide hormone and a modified form of natural IGF-1. The “LR3” variant has an extended half-life (around 20–30 hours) due to the substitution of arginine at position 3 and a 13-amino acid extension at the N-terminus.
